Due to the nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened.
We recommend recording a video of unboxing the product in case of a damaged bottle; so the return process can be be smooth for the consumer as well as the company.
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect items.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
